The RyugakuSuccess (RS) (Known as a Matt Lopez LLC company) statements herein describe how we treat personal information when you use RS website and services. In addition, the following describes your agreement and understanding when using RS website.  By interacting with the RS website (sending a form, providing your email address, etc) you agree to the contents below.

Personal information statement

• When you contact RS you may provide your personal information (Email, name, etc).  This information is used to connect you with people who own or manage accommodations.
• When you browse the RS website no information is actively or passively obtained for or by RS.
• RS may store and maintain your information in order to provide the service to you.

Uses statement

• RS maintains and processes your information to provide the service to you and to improve our services. The services includes relevant advertising and updates
• RS may send you information related to you or to RS services.

Information sharing and onward transfer statement

• When you send email/contact request, RS includes information such as your email address and the email itself as part of that email to the managers/interviewers of the organizations/companies in which you are interested to know more about.
• RS does not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances when we believe we are required to do so by law.

Your choices statement

• You may ask RS to remove you from its list when you no longer need/want updates sent to you.

Your agreement statement

• When you useRS website you agree and understand the following
  • RS is not an agent and shall not be treated as one.
  • The agreements you make are between the managers/interviewers of organizations/companies and yourself. 
  • RS is not responsible for any commitments, contracts, promises, etc made between you and anybody (manager, interviewer, etc).

RS simply suggests to you actions and recommendations which RS feels will be of benefit to you in regards to your job search.
